7621 Arnoldtown Rd encroachment permit for solar-powered camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading (LPR) camera and a Flock pole for LMPD at the Waverly Park entrance on Arnoldtown Road, between Clayton Terrace and Norma Lee Drive. The work is tied to 7621 Arnoldtown Rd (owner Steven R. Amig) and will attach to an existing utility pole in the right-of-way (permission on file); crews plan a tiny 2' x 2' street cut in the dirt, will park a tech van on the adjacent grassy area, and have a site-specific traffic-control and restoration plan attached.
