107 W TENNY AVE encroachment permit issued for gas leak repair dirt cut
Louisville Gas & Electric Company plans to close the eastbound curb lane on W Tenny Ave between Southside Dr and S 1st St to make a small 3' x 5' dirt cut and repair a gas leak at 107 W Tenny Ave. Work is scheduled to start May 19, 2026 (wrapping by June 16, 2026) and the cut will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy; the property is owned by Nguyen Dang Van & Hoi Thi and project contacts include Lori Boisvert and Zachary Lambertus.
