2512 Evergreen Rd encroachment permit issued for dirt cut to repair gas leak
Louisville Gas & Electric Company will repair a gas leak at 2512 Evergreen Rd for owner Lewis Andrew R, performing a single 3'x5' dirt cut to access the line.
