2725 Sheila Dr geotechnical boring in Metro right-of-way

Applicant Sarah Sennet of 7NT Engineering is planning temporary geotechnical borings in the metro-owned right-of-way at Bon Air Ave and Ada Ln to support the overall MSD design, with the work tied to 2725 Sheila Dr. The property owned by Williams Raymond & Ann M will see some excavation and a lane closure from May 11–June 19, 2026, but crews say disturbed areas will be backfilled, seeded, and any pavement restored to metro standards with MUTCD-compliant traffic controls to keep disruptions minimal.
