4601 Stony Brook Dr encroachment permit for fiber optic placement by Zayo

Team Fishel, working for Zayo (formerly Crown Castle), is planning fiber work along Stony Brook Drive between Longborough Way and Image Way at 4601 Stony Brook Dr. They’ll temporarily close the northbound/eastern lane to install about 6 feet of new 1.25-inch HDPE duct with fiber, one handhole, and roughly 280 feet of fiber in existing conduit in the dirt right-of-way — restoration plans were submitted. The property is owned by Clifford W. and Sharron K. McConnell, and the work is scheduled for August 10–23, 2026; Mark Seevers at Team Fishel is the permitting contact.
