3214 Orchard Manor Cir encroachment permit for curb lane closure and dirt cut
Louisville Gas & Electric Company plans to close the southbound curb lane on Orchard Manor Circle between Clingstone Way and the dead end to perform a 3' x 5' dirt cut and repair a gas leak at 3214 Orchard Manor Cir. The work is scheduled to start May 4, 2026 with a four-day duration listed, will be restored under LMPW's utility restoration policy, and the property is owned by MAK2 Properties LLC with project engineer James George of Miller Pipeline overseeing the repair.
