4929 Poplar Level Rd applied for encroachment permit for entrance work

AllTerrain Paving & Construction is re-aligning the entrance to Dubois Academy at 4929 Poplar Level Road for owner Jefferson Co School Dist Finance Cor, removing the existing curb and demolishing the center island to create a new turning lane. The crew (working for Morell Construction) will concrete-cap disturbed roadways flush with pavement, seed and straw-mat areas near the sidewalk, and expects lane and sidewalk closures during the requested 7 a.m.–5 p.m. work window from April 27 to May 18.
