The project affects the stretch from 1128 West Fern Valley Rd to 1134 West Fern Valley Rd on property owned by GSJ Homes LLC, includes a 270' x 5' pavement cut, and will be restored per LMPW utility policy after all utility markings are removed; residents were notified at least seven days before construction.
