4574 MELTON AVE AT&T encroachment permit for conduit and cable

AT&T is planning to place conduit and new cable at 4574 Melton Ave (between Able Ave and the dead end), with TMS Properties listed as the owner. The job includes aerial pole-line splice work, a 24" x 36" dirt cut to install a handhole and a 53-foot bore to run conduit and cable; driving-lane and verge closures are expected and restoration will follow Louisville Metro guidelines, with work tentatively scheduled from April 29 to May 29, 2026.
