8811 Bost Ln encroachment curb cut permit issued to widen driveway

Applicant Rafael Creuets has an encroachment curb-cut permit (issued) to widen the existing driveway at 8811 Bost Ln for owner Pardillo Daniel Ramon Reyes. The asphalt curb cut will follow ROW rules — driveway in the Right of Way can’t exceed 20' and must be a hard, durable surface, while outside the ROW it may be up to 50% of the lot width (maximum 32%) and must lead to the garage or rear of the house.
