4912 S 3RD ST encroachment permit issued for lead replacement project
Louisville Water Company (LWC) is doing a lead service line replacement that requires an encroachment permit and temporary road closure affecting 4912 S 3rd St — the property is owned by Aleksandra Jozic. Work runs 3/29/2026–4/25/2026, crews will make one 4' x 5' pavement cut in the driveway of 4913 S 3rd St, plate the road open at the end of each shift, and restore the area per LMPW policy; residents were notified on 3/23/2026 and Joseph Sloan is the project manager.
