12000 AIKEN RD Encroachment permit for Lumos Fiber burial along Aiken Road
Lumos Fiber is installing buried fiber in the city right-of-way along Aiken Road at 12000 Aiken Road, with work stretching from Shelbyville Road to Vale Road and taking place on the road shoulder. Ledcor will directional-bore 1.25" HDPE conduit, place handholes, and pull and splice about 669 feet of fiber (lane closures expected) between April 1–29, 2026 during 8AM–5PM; project contacts are Danielle Allen and Kendall Faulkner, with Rodney Horning listed for Ledcor, and the property owner is BRE Retail Residual Owner 1 LLC.
