12000 AIKEN RD Encroachment permit for Lumos Fiber burial along Aiken Road

Lumos Fiber is installing buried fiber in the city right-of-way along Aiken Road at 12000 Aiken Road, with work stretching from Shelbyville Road to Vale Road and taking place on the road shoulder.
