1146 Lone Oak Ave encroachment permit for Verizon fiber optic installation

Verizon, represented by Power of Design on behalf of Team Fishel, is planning to install 481 feet of fiber optic cable along Lone Oak Ave, with work impacting the frontage near 1146 Lone Oak Ave. On the Zoro LLC property crews will bore and trench (about 15 feet of trenching), add two new handholes and make three dirt cuts (two roughly 24"x36"x30" and one 12"x42"x15"); lane closures are expected between April 23 and June 23, 2026, and all cuts will be restored per LMG utility policy while driveway access is to be maintained.
