1208 Fruitful Ct applied for encroachment curb cut permit for driveway
Joel Ricardo Sarmiento has applied for an encroachment/curb-cut permit to replace the driveway at 1208 Fruitful Ct, with work slated to begin March 12, 2026. The new asphalt driveway will need a curb cut and must follow right-of-way rules: within the right of way it can’t exceed 20 feet and must be a hard, durable surface, while outside the right of way it may be up to half the lot width (maximum 32 feet) and must lead to the garage or rear yard.
