2827 Breckenridge Ln applied for an encroachment permit for geotechnical boring

7NT Engineering has applied for an encroachment permit to perform temporary subsurface geotechnical borings in the grass at the side of 2827 Breckenridge Lane, a property owned by Leonard Carl L. and Linda. The work is scheduled for March 16–May 15, 2026, may involve excavation and a lane closure, and crews say they’ll use MUTCD-compliant traffic controls, backfill and grade each boring to match existing contours, seed disturbed soil, and restore any paved areas when finished.
