3905 Taylorsville Rd encroachment permit for geotechnical boring

Sarah Sennet of 7NT Engineering is planning temporary subsurface geotechnical borings at 3905 Taylorsville Rd (owner: Triple M Investments LLC) in the verge between Breckenridge Ln and Taylorsville Rd to support engineering for the overall MSD project. Work is scheduled March 16–May 15, 2026, may involve lane and sidewalk closures but aims to avoid major traffic impacts, and crews say disturbed areas will be backfilled, seeded, and restored to Metro standards (project manager: Charlie Anderson).
