2406 Glenmary Ave Encroachment Permit issued for lead replacement
Louisville Water Company is replacing a lead service at 2406 Glenmary Ave for owner Francesca D. Gamboa and has an encroachment permit to close the road and sidewalk between Bassett Ave and Ray Ave. The work (03/08/2026–04/11/2026) involves one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the north side, the road will be plated and reopened after shifts, Basham Construction is the contractor, Project Manager Joseph Sloan coordinated resident notifications sent on 3/3/2026, and restoration will follow LMPW utility policy.
