7708 Laurel Ridge Rd encroachment curb cut for driveway widening in ROW

Applicant Frank J. Muniz Rodriguez has an issued encroachment curb cut to widen the driveway at 7708 Laurel Ridge Rd, expanding it to 20 feet in the public right-of-way and up to 30 feet beyond, with concrete placed in the right-of-way. He also plans to add gravel along the drainage swale between the sidewalk and road to help control standing water, with work scheduled to start March 2, 2026 and finish by September 2, 2026. Basically, it’s a project to make driveway access roomier and keep puddles off the sidewalk.
