1596 Cooper Ave encroachment curb cut permit for new driveway

Marcos Rodriguez of Rodriguez Housing LLC has applied for an encroachment curb cut to create a new residential driveway at 1596 Cooper Ave. The permit spells out that the portion in the public right-of-way must be a hard, durable surface no wider than 20 feet (outside the ROW the driveway can be up to half the lot width, max 32 feet), must lead to a garage or rear yard, and sidewalks are required. Work is scheduled to begin Feb. 26, 2026, so expect curb activity around then.
