4300 Dannywood Rd encroachment permit to replace bus stop with bench and pad

Jean Henry of JEAN HENRY WBE, L.L.C. has an encroachment permit in progress to replace the bus stop at 4300 Dannywood Rd for Mero/Mojgan, installing a new bench and concrete pad on the Browns Lane side; the parcel is owned by Carman Calvin L & Brenda J. The work is scheduled March 1–31, 2026 and will involve lane and sidewalk closures but no excavation or street cuts, so it should be a short-term sidewalk and lane disruption rather than major construction.
