Applicant Scot Burns has had an encroachment permit issued to cut a curb and install an asphalt driveway for a new residential build at 9714 Secretariat Dr., with work scheduled from 02/11/2026 to 08/11/2026. Owner Scot Bilt Homes Inc. will construct a hard, durable driveway that can’t exceed 30 feet in the public right-of-way (outside the ROW it may be up to half the lot width, up to 32 feet) and must lead to the house or rear yard, so expect a tidy asphalt apron rather than a gravel ramp.
