806 Ulrich Ave Encroachment Permit for Water Main Installation

Louisville Water Company (applicant Kelli Starnes) is continuing a water-main installation at 806 Ulrich Ave on property owned by Ulrich Center LLC, including a large pavement cut roughly 4 feet by 3,245 feet along the north side and a smaller 4-by-30-foot dirt cut on the east side. Work is scheduled Feb. 8–Apr. 25, 2026, will use flaggers to alternately close westbound/eastbound and northbound/southbound lanes (not at the same time), and crews will plate and reopen the road at the end of each shift. Restoration will follow LMPW utility policy, residents were notified at least a week ahead, and the project is managed by Scott Reynolds with contractor CJ Hughes.
