11915 GARR AVE encroachment permit for buried Lumos Fiber

Lumos Fiber is lining up to bury new fiber in the city right-of-way along Garr Ave at 11915 Garr Ave, starting at the Evergreen Rd intersection; the plan calls for directional boring to place two 1.25" HDPE conduits and to pull and splice about 2,302 feet of fiber.
