13600 Terra Crossing Ct submitted for encroachment permit and sidewalk access

Applicant Matt McLaren of Gresham Smith has submitted an encroachment permit for the Skilken Gold – Dutch Brothers commercial project at 13600 Terra Crossing Ct on behalf of owner SSC Terra Crossing LLC. The work covers commercial development and adding sidewalk access to Old Henry Road, with a temporary sidewalk closure noted for the scheduled April 1–30, 2026 timeframe. Pavement is planned to be concrete and no lane or full road closures are expected.
