4736 S 1ST ST encroachment permit for aerial cable on W KENWOOD WAY

AT&T Southeast is placing aerial cable along W Kenwood Way between Southside Drive and S 1st St, with work at 4736 S 1st St (owner Do Bien). Crews will use an access pole for splice work and will affect the sidewalk and briefly pause traffic at the intersection for no more than five minutes at a time; the work window is 02/09/2026 to 03/09/2026.
