3906 FOREMAN LN encroachment permit for solar LPR camera (LMPD)
Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered LPR camera and Flock pole for LMPD at 3906 Foreman Ln, placing the equipment on the north side of Foreman Lane in the right-of-way. The parcel is owned by Oobie Doo Properties LLC; the project includes a small 2x2 street cut, techs will park a van on the adjacent grassy area, and work is slated to occur between Feb 9 and Mar 27, 2026 under a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan.
