6303 Kenjoy Dr: Encroachment curb cut and entrance changes for WWPTP

Dawn Foods (owner Dawn Besco Inc.) is rebuilding and expanding its on-site wastewater treatment at 6303 Kenjoy Drive, adding a new WWPTP building, two tanks and three silos. Under a consent order with MSD to remediate discharge issues, they’ll move one existing Kenjoy Drive entrance and add another — with curb cuts, excavation and two street cuts planned — and work is scheduled from January 30 to October 30, 2026.
