1295 Willow Ave encroachment permit filed for large oak tree removal

Limbwalker Tree Service (applicant Stephan Zimmerman) will remove a large oak tree at 1295 Willow Ave at the request of homeowner Nancy B. Reed, with work scheduled Feb. 3–10, 2026. Expect a temporary sidewalk and road closure along Willow Ave between Longest Ave and Glenmary Ave—crews will use flagging personnel to let residents access their properties, neighbors within 500 feet will be notified, and no restoration is required since there are no cuts.
