2810 Shannon Dr Encroachment permit issued for dirt cut to repair gas leak

Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) will perform a 3' x 5' dirt cut to repair a gas leak on Shannon Drive, closing the westbound curb lane between Ada Lane and Mina Terrace near 2810 Shannon Dr. Work for property owner Armes Patrick is scheduled Jan. 27–Feb. 24, 2026, and cuts will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy, so expect a short-term lane closure while crews dig and repair the line.
