6106 Port Antonio Rd applied for encroachment permit to create driveway curb cut

Applicant Larzo Barba, on behalf of owner Kentucky Quality Flip LLC dba Barba, has an encroachment permit to create a new curb cut for a driveway at 6106 Port Antonio Rd.
