16650 Bradbe Rd Encroachment Permit for driveway in right-of-way
Stone Lake Realtors, LLC has applied for an encroachment permit to cut a curb and install a driveway off a Metro through-road for new home construction at 16650 Bradbe Rd, a property owned by Jon Cox. The permit requires the driveway be concrete or asphalt (asphalt is listed), no wider than 20 feet in the right-of-way, and work is scheduled to start January 6, 2026 and finish by June 5, 2026.
