17765 Bradbe Rd encroachment permit submitted for new driveway installation
Robby Gist of Gist Construction Inc. plans to install a new gravel driveway and a culvert at 17765 Bradbe Rd for owner Charles Kyle McQuaide in preparation for a future home. The work is permitted for a short window in mid-May 2026 and should take about two days, will not disturb the asphalt on Bradbe Road, and the driveway will remain gravel until the house is expected around 2028.
