12000 AIKEN RD encroachment permit issued for LGE electric pole work

Louisville Gas & Electric Company is scheduling utility work at 12000 Aiken Rd to install two new poles, with short excavations and curb-lane closures northbound and southbound (not at the same time). The property is owned by BRE Retail Residual Owner 1 LLC, work is slated for January 1–31, 2026, and the area around each pole will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy; line transfers and pole removals will be coordinated through the national utilities notification system (NJUNS).
