4500 SOUTH PARK RD - Curb Lane Closure for Fiber Optic Installation
Verizon, working through Power of Design on behalf of LTS Managed Technical Services/Verizon Business, plans to install aerial fiber optic cable to service the cell tower at 9403 Blue Lick Rd, with work routed along Matilda Ct at 4500 South Park Rd (owner: Little Teddy). The project calls for a curb lane closure with flaggers between South Park Rd and the end of Matilda Ct, but specifies no street cuts and no restoration plan required. Work is scheduled from 12/27/2025 to 02/27/2026, and the record lists Rodney Horning (construction superintendent) and Josh Heberle (Drilltek) as the on-site contacts.
