3900 S 5TH ST encroachment permit filed for curb lane and sidewalk closure
Verizon/Team Fishel is seeking an encroachment permit to close the curb lane and sidewalk on S 5th St from 3900 S 5th St to 3914 S 5th St for boring work; the owner is listed as Humphrey Fred Wm and Humphrey Robt & Rub. The work calls for one 3' x 4' dirt cut and one 4' x 4' concrete cut, is scheduled for 12/16/2025–12/23/2025, and Team Fishel says they will notify affected residents in person one week before work and leave dated door hangers with restoration details per the attached plan.
