4510 Caspian Dr encroachment permit issued for gas leak dirt cut

Louisville Gas and Electric will close the eastbound curb lane of Caspian Drive between Lagoona Drive and Ailanthus Trail to repair a gas leak with a single 3' x 5' dirt cut at 4510 Caspian Dr, a property owned by Mammoth Solutions LLC. The work is scheduled from December 12, 2025 to January 9, 2026, and the disturbed area will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy.
