Lumos Fiber of Kentucky is planning to bury new fiber along Garr Ave, starting at Evergreen Road, using directional boring to install two 1.25-inch HDPE conduits and then pull and splice fiber for about 2,302 feet in the city right-of-way. Eigel) and includes a restoration plan; crews have requested lane closures and plan to work weekdays from 8 AM–5 PM between Jan 5 and Jan 30, 2026.
