7544 3RD STREET RD Encroachment Permit continuation for Christland Rd work

LWC is rolling out a water-main installation under a continuation encroachment permit on Cristland Road between Royal Gardens Court and 3rd Street Road, with work affecting the property at 7544 3rd Street Rd (owner: Swain Patricia A). Expect alternating eastbound and westbound lane closures with flaggers (not at the same time), one pavement cut 4' x 35' crossing Cristland Road, work scheduled roughly 11/09/2025–12/06/2025, and the road will be plated and reopened to traffic at the end of each shift; MAC Construction is the contractor and residents were notified.
