5524 Bamberrie Cross Rd applied for encroachment permit to widen driveway

Diana R. Dominguez has applied for an encroachment permit to widen the existing driveway at 5524 Bamberrie Cross Rd, with a curb cut planned and work tentatively scheduled from November 17, 2025, to May 17, 2026. The permit says any portion in the right-of-way must be a hard, durable surface (asphalt is listed) and can’t exceed 20 feet wide, while outside the right-of-way the driveway can be up to half the lot (as much as 32 feet) and must lead to the house or rear yard.
