9110 BLUE LICK RD encroachment permit for installation of solar-powered camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading (LPR) camera and Flock pole for LMPD on the north side of South Park Road in the right-of-way between Blue Lick Road and Woodpointe Boulevard, adjacent to 9110 Blue Lick Rd (owner: MACS Convenience Stores LLC). The crew will park a van on the shoulder, and the project — which has a site-specific traffic control and a restoration plan — is scheduled between October 16 and December 4, 2025.
