Flock Safety (applicant Katelyn McKinley) is installing one solar-powered LPR camera and Flock pole for the LMPD on the north side of South Park Road in the right-of-way between Blue Lick Rd and Woodpointe Blvd, at 9110 Blue Lick Rd. The property owner is Macs Convenience Stores LLC; the encroachment permit notes a small 2x2 dirt street cut, crews will park a service van on the adjacent shoulder, and the work is scheduled from 10/16/2025 to 12/04/2025 with a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan on file.
