4201 Outer Loop excavation to bore about 360 ft fiber optic to 4107 Outer Loop

Hutchins Telecom (for Charter) will bore roughly 360 feet of fiber‑optic cable from 4201 Outer Loop to 4107 Outer Loop and install a new handhole at 4107 Outer Loop. The project, which affects the stretch between Carol Ave and Preston Hwy in front of property owned by Beeler Myra H, includes two small dirt cuts (one 3'x4' and one 2'x3') and may require a lane closure; work is scheduled for 10/27/2025–11/01/2025. Contractors say they’ll notify residents in person one week before work and leave dated door hangers from 4101 to 4201 Outer Loop for anyone they can’t reach.
