300 W WHITNEY AVE Issued for solar-powered LPR camera installation

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading (LPR) camera and Flock pole for LMPD on the west side of S 3rd St in the right-of-way between W Whitney Ave and W Lansing Ave, associated with the parcel at 300 W Whitney Ave (owner: Romero Properties LLC). Technicians will park a van on the adjacent shoulder, perform a small 2x2 street cut in dirt, and the job (with a restoration plan and site-specific traffic control) is scheduled from about 10/30/2025 to 12/04/2025.
