300 W Whitney Ave encroachment permit for solar-powered LPR camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and Flock pole for the LMPD at 300 W Whitney Ave. The pole will sit in the ROW on the west side of S 3rd St between W Whitney Ave and W Lansing Ave (property owner Romero Properties LLC), with a small 2' x 2' pavement cut, a tech van staged on the shoulder, and a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan on file; work is scheduled 10/30/2025–12/04/2025 and the encroachment permit has been issued.
