9118 Preston Hwy encroachment permit issued for solar-powered LPR camera
Flock Safety is installing a single solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and Flock pole for LMPD at 9118 Preston Hwy. The equipment will be placed in the right-of-way on the north side of South Park Road — technicians will park a van on the adjacent shoulder — and the job includes a very small street cut with a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan. The property is owned by Charles Dennis and Juanita F. Bielefeld, and work is scheduled between 10/24/2025 and 11/28/2025.
