6306 E Manslick Rd installing 1 solar-powered camera for LMPD
Flock Safety (applicant Katelyn McKinley) is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and Flock pole for the LMPD at 6306 E Manslick Rd. The installation sits in the right-of-way on the north side of South Park Road between South Park Road and Preston Hwy on property owned by Smith Brian Timothy, with techs planning to park a van on the adjacent shoulder. The work—including a small 2-foot street cut—runs from October 17 to November 21, 2025, and the record notes site-specific traffic control and a restoration plan will be used.
