Flock Safety applied to install one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and Flock pole for LMPD on the south side of Arnoldtown Road at 7621 Arnoldtown Rd, between Clayton Tr and Hardwood Forest Sr. The property owner is Amig Steven R, and the plan called for a tech van to park on the shoulder with site-specific traffic control and a restoration plan on file for the work scheduled for Oct. 7–Nov. 11, 2025. The permit record shows the application was later withdrawn, so the installation isn’t moving forward right now.
