4700 Dunbar Valley Rd encroachment permit for 1 solar-powered LPR camera
Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered LPR camera and a Flock pole for LMPD at the northwest corner of 4700 Dunbar Valley Rd, on property owned by Patricia Nash, Trustee. The work included a small excavation with a 2x2 dirt street cut, was scheduled for July 10–August 15, 2025, and passed its final inspection on 9/15/2025, with the encroachment permit now closed.
