4354 S 3RD ST encroachment permit withdrawn for ALPR installation
Flock Safety filed to install one solar-powered ALPR camera on a 12-foot pole — digging an 8" x 36" hole — at 4354 S 3rd St (near the S 3rd St NB I‑264 off-ramp at W Florence Ave/W Lansing Ave) on behalf of Louisville Metro Police Department; the plan notes lanes and sidewalks won’t be impacted and the crew would park off-street. The property is owned by Regulators I LLC, but the encroachment permit record shows the application was withdrawn, so this camera installation isn’t moving forward for now.
