8713 Michael Ray Dr encroachment permit for ALPR camera installation

Flock Safety, working for LMPD, is installing one solar-powered ALPR (automatic license-plate reader) camera at 8713 Michael Ray Drive on property owned by 5101 Gemma Way Land Trust. Crews will dig a 2' x 2' hole in the dirt/grass right-of-way between Trakia Ct and Smyrna Pkwy, set a 12-foot Flock pole, place "road work ahead" signs, then restore the grass and remove utility markings. This is camera #3 of a four-camera LMPD project; Shelby Ferguson is listed as the permitting manager and Garret Yosenek as the project manager.
